All products are available for delivery in Volos. Our Florist always tries to present the flower arrangements as they appear on the website, but sometimes this is not practically possible due to the nature of the flowers and seasonal restrictions. Since flowers are not available in all seasons there is a chance that one flower will be replaced with another of the same or greater value. For example, if you have ordered a composition with lilies and tulips and the lilies are not available at that time, they will be replaced with anthuriums, roses or any other flower that is available and of the same or greater value. Its design and style composition always remain the same.
Prices
The prices listed on our website are valid for a maximum of 21 days from the day of your order. Prices may change during peak periods.
Prices include VAT at the prevailing exchange rate set by the state.
Shipping costs to within Volos are free. For outside Volos, the calculation of shipping will be done by arrangement (telephone order).
Payment
During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide us with your complete personal details, including the exact postal code, along with those of the recipient and all necessary payment details.

Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled up to 3 working days before the scheduled delivery date.
Return Policy
In cases other than those stated in the general terms and conditions, the refund will be accepted when requested within 24 hours of delivery or non-delivery.
If a customer is not satisfied with the product delivered or wants to return a product, he is entitled to a replacement, but only if the original product is returned to us. 100% refund will be given if a replacement product is not desired.
